Sarah Wollheim, OTR/L, is a pediatric occupational therapist, educational consultant, and parent coach with 25 years experience supporting neurodivergent children, adolescents, families, schools and professionals both virtually and in person. Along with direct occupational therapy services and evaluations, she specializes in working with children and adolescents with autism and ADHD and helping families and educators better understand and respond to challenging behaviors both at home and in school.

Sarah has worked in both the United States and international school communities. Her work focuses on understanding each student's individual strengths and challenges and translating that understanding into practical strategies that can be used at home and at school.

Her areas of focus include executive functioning, attention and self-regulation, sensory processing, behavior, written expression, school refusal, motor skills, learning differences, autism, and ADHD.

Sarah's approach is collaborative and practical. Rather than looking at one area of development in isolation, she considers the whole child and works closely with families, educators, and other professionals to determine what support will be most useful.

Through Sarah Wollheim Consulting, Sarah provides direct occupational therapy services, individual consultation and parent coaching, as well as consultation and support for schools. She also collaborates with a trusted network of experienced independent professionals across disciplines, many of whom she has known and worked alongside for years. These are professionals whose expertise and approach Sarah knows firsthand. Families and schools can work directly with individual specialists or, when a student's needs cross multiple areas, professionals can come together as a coordinated team to understand the whole child and provide integrated support.

Sarah also provides engaging workshops and professional development for educators, counselors, therapists, and other professionals supporting children and adolescents.
